Right I'm giving it one star since that's the least I can. Order was placed by 8:21pm it is currently 9:45 and it's still not here. Two drivers have cancelled TWICE for no apparent reason, and since this place is absolutely unreachable unless you travel there (impossible for me at my location right not) there's no way to even cancel the order. What can I do to tell my children why their "fun Friday treat" is still not here?

had a quick lunch here after the recent refurbishment! looks great and is lovely and clean! all the staff were super friendly and the food was delicious which is not always the case for a busy mcdonald’s! It was a shame to see another impatient diner shouting at the staff for god knows what, but the team handled it well and they deserve the five stars for being so wonderful and not letting it phase them during a lunchtime rush!

This is not a good place to go to eat in. The service and atmosphere is terrible. It takes ages to get served as they prioritize the drive thru and deliver orders. When you do get served often things with your order will be wrong. If you do go at least sit upstairs. When I last went the app failed to work, I had to wait ages to speak to a manager to correct it and then after waiting ages again they couldn't even assemble my burger correctly!! Update 22/01/25 went during a week day and it's a better experience. Quicker service. Beware when ordering on the machines though, as some do not give you a receipt with your collection number. Luckily, I dare the number before or disappeared from the screen. The staff don't ask for the receipt.

Was asked 4 times to repeat my order. Order was correct once received. Why not ask once at one window, then pay and receive order so traffic melee can sort itself and get where it needs to go? Drive thru should be efficient.

Since the new refurbishment I would say this was a downgrade as there seems to be a lack of space and the floor plan in general just doesn't work for that size of restaurant. I and my family have ordered there several times since it's reopened and it's a disaster as the wait times are more than my local chines restaurant and as we were there I counted more than 3 people ask for a refund and more than 10 customers including myself with either the wrong order or missing items from an order. I am not eating here again as it's chaos no matter when I seem to go there and the staff just don't seem switched on enough to get basic orders right.
