This is not a good place to go to eat in. The service and atmosphere is terrible. It takes ages to get served as they prioritize the drive thru and deliver orders. When you do get served often things with your order will be wrong. If you do go at least sit upstairs. When I last went the app failed to work, I had to wait ages to speak to a manager to correct it and then after waiting ages again they couldn't even assemble my burger correctly!! Update 22/01/25 went during a week day and it's a better experience. Quicker service. Beware when ordering on the machines though, as some do not give you a receipt with your collection number. Luckily, I dare the number before or disappeared from the screen. The staff don't ask for the receipt.

Open 2 days and what a disaster, cold food served twice. Wrong orders served. Waited in drive thru for 40 mins to get cold food and a melted milk shake. By one of the staffs own admission the place isn’t up to cope with customers, drive thru and delivery drivers. The drinks machine had broken again and instead of stopping orders for drinks they carried on making people wait for more than half an hour. Considering this was meant to be an improvement. It was an embarrassment to them the restaurant and the McDonald’s franchise. This is easily the worst McDonald’s we’ve been through. I would suggest maybe going to Burger King at blue boys, KFC on the same estate or a local fish and chip shop. Unless you want a frustrating experience with cold food and the wrong food served by rude staff then stay well away.

Its a mcdonalds, so my expectations are not high, bit this particular one needs pulling up on.Terrible atmosphere, over run and chaos. Not receipt given at self service stations, no toilet paper, the noise of the beeping from the kitchen was torture to listen to. Staff used hands to put dropped chips back in the box turned my stomach. Litter everywhere. Will avoid eating in the restaurant in future

Staff are super unfriendly. Food is fine but the way this store treats you is not great. Honestly worse customer service at a Mc Donalds in the UK

Absolute joke. Placed an order at 10:15 (breakfast) on the app. It is now 11:45 and my order is 'still being prepared'. Meanwhile, 3 delivery drivers have wasted their time for me, and the food clearly hasn't been made and now won't be (as is lunch/day menu). Phoned them, cut me off without answering. No recourse through app and no recourse speaking directly to someone. No food, no refund. Class. This is all aside from the fact that this is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten from, which is saying something. Do yourself a favour and avoid this steaming pile of disappointment.
