This is not a good place to go to eat in. The service and atmosphere is terrible. It takes ages to get served as they prioritize the drive thru and deliver orders. When you do get served often things with your order will be wrong. If you do go at least sit upstairs. When I last went the app failed to work, I had to wait ages to speak to a manager to correct it and then after waiting ages again they couldn't even assemble my burger correctly!!

Absolute joke. Placed an order at 10:15 (breakfast) on the app. It is now 11:45 and my order is 'still being prepared'. Meanwhile, 3 delivery drivers have wasted their time for me, and the food clearly hasn't been made and now won't be (as is lunch/day menu). Phoned them, cut me off without answering. No recourse through app and no recourse speaking directly to someone. No food, no refund. Class. This is all aside from the fact that this is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten from, which is saying something. Do yourself a favour and avoid this steaming pile of disappointment.

Went to the drive through at 11.05. Just the two cars in front. We had to park up. I guess it's normal if there is a queue ... Which a long one was now forming. 11.35 got food. So not so much of a drive through. I don't know why it took so long. Don't think the staff were off having their service with a smile training. Can't blame them for being moody really. Probably understaffed. Will probably go back though because might not be so bad next time and I do love cold fries.

Probably the worst drive thru I've ever been too. The girl who took our order was rude when we asked for a couple of seconds till we decided what to order. Then told us to wait when we had decided. They had no coke syrup or cheese bites... she got our order wrong, We finally managed to get it sorted at the 3rd window and told to park up and the food was still wrong?! We ended up going to KFC from pure disappointment and didn't even want to go round again because everyone was so slack

Shocking service. Couldn't get the order right twice! First time they didn't give my youngest nuggets in her happy meal and then when I returned, I ask a manager for both my meal (big tasty with bacon meal deal) and my daughter's nugget happy meal to be replaced and for them actually provide nuggets. Unfortunately they took the receipt along with the food and then another member of staff basically proceeded to presume and accuse me of trying to get something for nothing. I then waited ages for their error to be rectified, only to get home and find that my burger was made without the bacon. After a half hour round trip to fix their mess they get 0 for effort and people skills. I will literally tell everyone I know how shocking the T Wells branch is and recommend that they take their hard earned money else where. Fast food this Macdonald's is not. And being unable to complete a basic meal like a happy meal is not going to make any child or for that matter parent happy, in any shape or form. Totally ridiculous. Sort yourselves out Macdonald's Tunbridge Wells.
