This is not a good place to go to eat in. The service and atmosphere is terrible. It takes ages to get served as they prioritize the drive thru and deliver orders. When you do get served often things with your order will be wrong. If you do go at least sit upstairs. When I last went the app failed to work, I had to wait ages to speak to a manager to correct it and then after waiting ages again they couldn't even assemble my burger correctly!! Update 22/01/25 went during a week day and it's a better experience. Quicker service. Beware when ordering on the machines though, as some do not give you a receipt with your collection number. Luckily, I dare the number before or disappeared from the screen. The staff don't ask for the receipt.
Reviewed 2 months agoWent to the drive through at 11.05. Just the two cars in front. We had to park up. I guess it's normal if there is a queue ... Which a long one was now forming. 11.35 got food. So not so much of a drive through. I don't know why it took so long. Don't think the staff were off having their service with a smile training. Can't blame them for being moody really. Probably understaffed. Will probably go back though because might not be so bad next time and I do love cold fries.
Reviewed 4 months agoIts a mcdonalds, so my expectations are not high, bit this particular one needs pulling up on.Terrible atmosphere, over run and chaos. Not receipt given at self service stations, no toilet paper, the noise of the beeping from the kitchen was torture to listen to. Staff used hands to put dropped chips back in the box turned my stomach. Litter everywhere. Will avoid eating in the restaurant in future
Reviewed 3 weeks agoAbsolute joke. Placed an order at 10:15 (breakfast) on the app. It is now 11:45 and my order is 'still being prepared'. Meanwhile, 3 delivery drivers have wasted their time for me, and the food clearly hasn't been made and now won't be (as is lunch/day menu). Phoned them, cut me off without answering. No recourse through app and no recourse speaking directly to someone. No food, no refund. Class. This is all aside from the fact that this is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten from, which is saying something. Do yourself a favour and avoid this steaming pile of disappointment.
Reviewed 4 months agoShocking meal. No gerkinds and minimal filling in Big Mac. Chips cold and as if reheated from lunchtime. Rubbish meal that wasn’t cheap! Cannot recommend anything from menu. Managers need to get a grip of teams!
