Avoid this outlet at all costs, you are guaranteed to have to park up and wait 10 minutes for someone to bring out your food, and then only to find things from the order are missing. In the past 3 yrs, I can only remember having been there once or twice and they’ve got the order correct. And yes, I have now changed using this location, as should everybody
Reviewed a month agoABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE & STONE COLD FOOD WHEN THE ORDER WAS EVENTUALLY CORRECT!!!!! Ordered through drive thru. Sat & waited for the for nearly 15 minutes? Ordered arrived to the car with missing items! Waited another 5 minutes to then be given only 1 of the missing items!! When queried, told to go into the restaurant - defeating the whole purpose of the drive thru!!! Went into the restaurant, my order was then man handled when it was checked at which point I was asked for the receipt that hadn't been given to me!!!! Eventually got the missing items to then find I've been given Coke Zero not Coca-Cola that I was charged extra for!!!!!!!
Reviewed a week agoEvery time we order food for home delivery there is 99% of the time at least one if not more items missing! Poorly packaged and no care given in providing customer satisfaction. The restaurant never answer the phone either when calling to either complain or ask for the correct food to be sent.
Reviewed a month agoConsistent problems ordering via the app. I'll go in andstand at the counter and be ignored for 5 - 10 minutes before somebody helps and we eventually get there. Just a shambles. Don't visit if you're in a rush cos they WILL make you late.
Reviewed 3 weeks agoThis is not a good place to go to eat in. The service and atmosphere is terrible. It takes ages to get served as they prioritize the drive thru and deliver orders. When you do get served often things with your order will be wrong. If you do go at least sit upstairs. When I last went the app failed to work, I had to wait ages to speak to a manager to correct it and then after waiting ages again they couldn't even assemble my burger correctly!! Update 22/01/25 went during a week day and it's a better experience. Quicker service. Beware when ordering on the machines though, as some do not give you a receipt with your collection number. Luckily, I dare the number before or disappeared from the screen. The staff don't ask for the receipt.
