I waited over 15 minutes for an order and it wasn't even busy. I've worked in fast food so I can sympathise but there was literally no reason for it to take that long. I always double check my order before I leave, I checked to see one item missing. I call them up on it, they take a few more minutes and then proceed to give me the wrong item in the correct packaging. I was really looking forward to my chicken big mac, but they gave me the normal one, after me specifying that they missed my chicken big mac item. Looking over the counter, the place wasn't clean at all and myself as well as the other customers felt forgotten about...

The evening staff are forever messing up the caramel frappe (overpriced and more expensive than London and tonbridge) and in the wrong containers, staff very blunt, not interested and food takes forever to come or gets left on the side waiting to be given. However the cleaner has served our food multiple times now and is by far the most friendly and helpful member of staff in there.

Disappointing. Intended on getting a quick takeout but turned into a long winded waste of time. They were out of my drink and instead of swapping it out for a bottle of something else (at the same price!), insisted I completely cancel my order, go in to the restaurant and order again. Apparently the app is independent from the store and they can't make any alterations for events where their errors mean online orders can be made when stock is unavailable. App said t/wells had no on tap drinks a available, so ordered bottled, but as i sat in the drive through other customers were able to get unbottled drinks. Pretty bloody poor, and a letter down Went to Tonbridge McD's instead - service was quicker, drive through was efficient and actually got my food!

Avoid this outlet at all costs, you are guaranteed to have to park up and wait 10 minutes for someone to bring out your food, and then only to find things from the order are missing. In the past 3 yrs, I can only remember having been there once or twice and they’ve got the order correct. And yes, I have now changed using this location, as should everybody

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE & STONE COLD FOOD WHEN THE ORDER WAS EVENTUALLY CORRECT!!!!! Ordered through drive thru. Sat & waited for the for nearly 15 minutes? Ordered arrived to the car with missing items! Waited another 5 minutes to then be given only 1 of the missing items!! When queried, told to go into the restaurant - defeating the whole purpose of the drive thru!!! Went into the restaurant, my order was then man handled when it was checked at which point I was asked for the receipt that hadn't been given to me!!!! Eventually got the missing items to then find I've been given Coke Zero not Coca-Cola that I was charged extra for!!!!!!!
